This was my first experience with buying a Lexus and after Visiting two other Lexus dealerships, the excellent and personalized service offered at Ray Catena Lexus Of Freehold was outstanding! Adam B Who encouraged me to stop by and next day I met with John A, a master sales consultant, who was dedicated to helping me find a CPO ‘24 or ‘25 ES 350 Which actually offered all the perks that I was looking for—and then some— including low mileage and at a good price point. I got a very fair deal for my Aviator trade-in and the purchasing process was seamless, stress-free and enjoyable! I might add that all the personnel are cheerful, helpful and pleasant, the showroom is beautiful, and the amenities offered are very welcome. First class service at a first class dealership! Adam stopped by to introduce himself and was genuinely happy to meet us. I highly recommend John A. His good nature, patience, and thorough knowledge of Lexus vehicles and service inspire trust. John took time explaining every purchasing and sales process and answered all of my questions. I’m not a high-tech person so when all was said and done, Max, A very savvy young tech Assistant sat with me to explain and operate all the features and options In my vehicle.
