My Lexus needed servicing so we decided to take it to Ray Catena in Larchmont and combine it with our groceries. We drove out from the city and arrived at our appointment time. We were met by John in the service dept. He asked what service I needed and then clearly explained all the charges. We sat in the comfortable customer lounge and John came out to keep us posted as the work progressed. When done, he took us to the cashier and I paid. Overall a very efficient service. I did not buy my current Lexus from them but I did buy a Lexus from them many years ago. I will definitely visit them again.

Great experience working with Julio in buying my new RX350h! He and the rest of the team were super efficient with the whole process and answered all my questions.
