We just picked up our first car from this dealership, and it was an amazing experience. We flew in from Massachusetts to purchase our vehicle because they had the exact model we were looking for. From our initial reach out regarding the vehicle to driving off the lot was so easy and seamless. John Lucky was excellent to work with and answered all my panicked questions regarding purchasing a vehicle out of state then getting it registered back home, plus how to get it home. Everyone we met with was excellent! Thank you to Brandon for walking us through all the features of the car. It was worth the flight to New Jersey and 5 hour drive home. I would gladly do it again. I've never had such an easy car buying experience.

This was our 3rd time with Carlos , General Manager and we were not disappointed . He had always treated us like family and he made sure to accommodate all our needs . It was Joe who first showed us the car when we came and took us for the ride . He was very professional and respectful . When we came back to pick up the car , we were helped by Tony whom we knew because he helped us when we bought our prior cars ( RX and NX) and we were very happy to see him again . He made the process very easy , hassle free and he was very patient and answered all our questions . He even called our insurance company to add the new car into our policy thus saving us time . Everyone we met was excellent . Anthony from warranty was again very helpful and patient with us with regards to our decision , Eddie who showed us features of the new car was very nice and respectful and he answered all our questions . We really got the “royal treatment” and kudos to Carlos for having the best Staff. Again , we really had the wonderful experience for the 3rd time and we don’t see ourselves going somewhere else . We left the dealer very happy and satisfied , the red bow in the car and a gift made our day . Again , thanks to Carlos , you were God’s gift to us 🙏🏼. More power to your dealership .

Alex was fantastic to work with! I knew the exact car I wanted and was looking for a same day deal and he made it happen. We had numbers before we even arrived which made the process quick and easy. Just picked up my third new vehicle from this world class dealership. Everyone I encountered - the outside maintenance worker, receptionist, Plumber in the restroom, Man servicing the coffee machine etc. could not be more pleasant and welcoming. Special shout outs to my salesman Alex and tech guru Brandon. Both are consummate professionals at an elite level I rarely see in dealerships. I also have worked with dealerships from coast to coast in my business so I speak from firsthand knowledge.
