I recently had the absolute best experience at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Freehold and felt like I had to share. From the moment I walked in, everything was seamless. My sales rep, Adrianna, was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the entire process feel effortless. Anthony walked me through the car’s tech and answered every single question without making it overwhelming, which I really appreciated. And Sal in finance made what is usually the most stressful part feel smooth and straightforward. They genuinely made me feel right at home. I was offered coffee, water, tea—anything I could think of—and honestly, most things were handled before I even had to ask. Trading in my BMW could have been a hassle, but they made it feel easy and stress-free. This is what luxury customer service should feel like. I had an 10/10 experience at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Freehold. I travelled from Connecticut to NJ to purchase my dream car, and Gary and his staff made the process as smooth as can be. When I arrived to pick up the car, Gary had my car ready to go, and I was not just sitting there all day, as had been my experience at other dealerships in the past. I was ushered in Gary’s comfortable office, and the process was quick, but thorough, and they were sure to answer all of my questions, as well as took the time to have Matt go over the features of the car with me. I did my signing with Sal, and he ensured to explain in detail every aspect of each document that I was signing. I was comfortable and 100% confident that I was buying from a reputable, trustworthy dealership, staffed with quality, knowledgeable individuals. Our sales person was Cole Vernaci. We came to look at a car for our daughter and Cole was terrific. My daughter was happy to see it was a more relatable young person who was helping her on this journey— good on Ray Catena Mercedes for giving opportunity to this young guy. Taylor from Service handled a very difficult scenario like a true pro. It was refreshing to deal with a gentleman with top notch communication and follow-up. You truly feel the Mercedes Benz difference when dealing with him on the Service side and I was lucky the day I walked in to Ray Catena and it was Taylor who looked up and asked, “How can I help you today?”.
