Bought a new car with Jessica, with the help of McKenzie. These two really went above & beyond throughout the whole process. I made it difficult by agreeing to one color of a make/model but also requesting that we look for a specific color in the process. Jessica exceeded my expectations, found the color I wanted, her & McKenzie worked extremely hard on getting it tinted & ready for me by the time I came with a check! Will most definitely recommend them in the future & will absolutely be back!

Marcus Smith was amazing! My husband and I went to get him a truck and Marcus was so helpful with helping us check everything out. If he didnt have the answers to our questions he made sure to find them out for us in a timely manner. We didnt feel pressured to purchase and he made us feel so comfortable! Such a friendly face!. We went back to Marcus when it was time for me to get my car. He helped us even after hours when I had questions about the process and information I needed to give my bank. Service Department was amazing! I had used a different dealership in Alexandria, LA for the same issues and they refused to help me. Stating that what was wrong with my vehicle was just maintenance -- when clearly it wasn't. Mark and his team took their time to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Finally, a dealership that actually does what they are suppose to!! Well worth the 2 hour drive!! The Parts Department is a gem too! Wes and his team do a terrific job handling our business transactions for our auto body repair shop! Very helpful and on always on time delivering! With stats like these, I will be purchasing my next vehicle there!

Ms. Theresa was a huge contributor to me buying this vehicle. She was consistent and caring. Received several emails from her about the vehicle. She got the proccess going and contacted me when it was ready. Awesome Lady!!!Ms Heather was very thorough and helpful throughout the signing of the vehicle. Another Awesome Lady. Now I was kinda shocked and surprised at the same time to know that the vehicle I was purchasing wasn't the one that I went for. Overall I love what everyone has done to make sure my experience was exceptional. Thanks Ray for welcoming me into the family. The vehicle is amazing and I am truly enjoying the experience of owning my first brand new vehicle.

They sold me a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with 26k miles - when I drove it off the lot the sun visors popped out of the sockets. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do. Then the battery went out. When I called they said I didn’t but a warranty, but they never offered me a warranty. Now my transmission has gone out at 75k miles. I would steer clear of this dealership. They’re predatory, shady, and have terrible customer service. Thanks for the loss and the lies, Ray Chevrolet.
