I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Equinox from Ray Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely excellent—professional, friendly, and truly focused on making the process smooth and enjoyable. Normally, I remove dealer stickers or emblems from my vehicles, but after this experience, I feel proud of where I bought my car. I’ll be leaving their name on my ride with pride because they’ve earned it. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and goes above and beyond, Ray Chevrolet is the place to go!

This place never fails when it comes to customer service. I live two hours away, and after my experiences, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else again. Shout out to Ray Chevrolet, especially Kyle Miller, the Assistant Service Manager. Multiple times, he's helped get my vehicle taken care of without trying to sell me services or repairs I didn't need. That's hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with Advantage Chevrolet was the complete opposite. Not only did I leave feeling like my wallet took a hit, but I also ended up with more issues than when I brought my vehicle in. Issues Ray Chevrolet has to fix now!!! The difference between these two service departments is night and day. Ray Chevrolet has earned my trust, loyalty, and future business. Even with a two-hour drive, it's worth it knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Thank you, Kyle, for always treating me with honesty and respect. I recently had the opportunity to accompany my daughter to Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake to purchase a new car. I have been doing business with this company for more than 20 years. I have purchased many cars in this timeframe and I have dealt with many salespeople. I recently found out that this occupation has changed. There is no longer the stressful high pressure sales process. Today we deal with sales experts that guide us through the sales process. Cody was our expert and his knowledge of the inventory and trim options was impressive. It took us a while to decide what car and options we really needed and the options that weren’t really important. Cody did not seem to get tired of our endless questions and concerns. In the end, my daughter bought a beautiful car that checked off all of the boxes. We are so fortunate to have a car dealership in the area that actually cares about the community. I was immediately greeted by friendly, helpful staff members. I purchased a new Trax working with Gio, and Lindsay. They were a pleasure to work with and didn’t play any games or try to force any add ons. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet!
