They reviewed the vehicle’s history and noticed that the DEF heater pump had been replaced 3–4 times within a year, yet the check engine light kept returning. Instead of repeating the same repair, they investigated further and identified the real issue — a faulty electrical connector. Once replaced, the problem was resolved. They diagnosed and repaired everything within four days. Most importantly, when I arrived for pickup, the car was ready to go — not dead on arrival like before. Ray JCDR’s attention to detail, proper diagnosis, and efficient service created a happy customer. They restored my confidence and got me back on the road.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me feel at ease during a stressful situation, and arranged a rental car so I could get to work while my vehicle was being serviced. Ron was also very accommodating and informative from the start. He provided a clear game plan when I hadn’t been given one elsewhere. Overall, the team made the experience smooth and reassuring. I will absolutely return for future service needs.

This is second vehicle we have purchased from Ray CDJR. I originally went to purchase a Jeep Gladiator and walked out with a Dodge Durango. Ashley was good at showing the vehicles. "Ace" was great at finding discounts that lowered the price of the vehicle. Ozzie was good at getting us the rate/term I needed to be at. Ozzie even redid the paperwork to account for an additional discount that was overlooked. Nothing is perfect. I was given all-weather floor mats as part of my deal and received the wrong 3rd row mat. The mat is for a 3rd row which has a 2nd row captain chairs (I have a 2nd row bench). I'm left feeling that "the ones you received are the ones you're going to deal with". There is no further communication from Ashley or Anna (Cust Serv Asst). Also, I'm still waiting on the cargo net as promised and on the "we owe". The jury is still out on this as Ashley stated it would be mailed to me when it arrived. When it came to financing, I was very explicit when I told Ace and Ozzie that I wanted to only run my credit through one bank, their best bank. Despite this request, Ozzie still ran my credit through a couple of banks. I worked hard to get to the credit score I have and I don't want to see it ruined. Overall, I had a good experience. Things just can be better especially the small things. We all complain about the bigger things, but the small things add up and matter just as much. This shows me that the after sales support is lacking.
