The one star review applies to my last visit. I’ve been a customer of Ray Cullen for 25 years. For most of those years, I was happy with their customer care. The lack of communication during my last visit is the reason I am severing my ties with this business. I brought in my car for brake servicing. It was in the shop for four days due to parts not being available. Until the final day, I had to call the service representative for updates. This is not acceptable. That’s why I will be taking my car and business elsewhere.
