Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I am very happy with my used car purchase. I found a truck on Autotrader that checked all my boxes. I reached out to Ray Price CDJR through the AutoTrader app. Initially I was contacted by what seemed to be a call center. That part was frustrating. I'm not sure if that is an AutoTrader thing or a Ray Price thing. After I was contacted by a sales representative that was there on the lot, I was very happy with the rest of my communications. I was coming from California and so I did not want any surprises once I arrived at the dealership. My direct contact was with Juan in the sales dept, and he was very helpful and always available to discuss the purchase. Juan sent me a great walk around video of the truck and that really helped seal the deal. When I arrived from California, they literally rolled out the red carpet for me, and they had all of the documents ready and Scott in finance was very prepared and super helpful in getting me out the door and on the road right away as I had a nearly 3,000 mile drive ahead of me. Over the next three days, Juan checked in with me to see how my drive was going. I even found a personal note he left in the truck for me. Happy to say that I made it back with no issues and I absolutely love my new truck. Thanks Juan and Scott! Appreciate you both!

Their service department is horrendous i dont even know where to begin. Long story short My Jeep pretty much lives at this dealership as they misdiagnose my car overheating every time. The thermostat was changed and under 100 miles my engine light is on again. We get it checked out they told me i needed 900$ worth of batteries which was not the case. We took it home and a few days after its over heating again. We had to get it towed our apt was a 2 week wait we waited and our apt had passed and we heard nothing we had to reach out for them to tell us they replaced a clamp.shortly after i get a flat had to get it towed days go by i hear nothing so i call because thats the only way you will hear from them and sit on hold for 20 minutes to be told the tech left while looking my car days ago bc he didn't feel well and they just found out they tell me they want to replace all 4 tires we said just do the one and im thinking its still under warranty my boyfriend went to pick it up and they said it was $289 and they told my boyfriend i knew it wasn't covered which i did not! I told them i would have my boyfriend call them back thats all i said! Now here we are a week after and my car overheated AGAIN! Mind you this car only has 55k and is hardly driven as i have another car at this point its not even reliable. Ray Price has no care in the world for families or honesty or respect for anyones time their communication is HORRIBLE you call to ask a question and sit on hold 20 minutes each time.
