Let's say Joe was a outstanding young man and was very helpful to get me and my family into a safe reliable new car. Next step was kevin, now this man went above and beyond for my family, he stayed on his birthday to help us get into our new car. Kevin was respectful, knowledgeable and very kind. Had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my new Lincoln Aviator 2026 at Ray Price Stroud Ford! From the moment I walked in Maria Mordente was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and not high-pressure at all! I was very lucky to have found a vehicle that I loved at a great price. Everyone was great and did not put a lot of pressure on buying the vehicle. They did work with me waiting for my loan over the Holiday weekend, which I am grateful for. I will say I was disappointed as I made 2 trips to the dealership the first one being to test drive the vehicle and the second to finalize the paperwork. Round trip is 6 hours of driving. After I bought the car we stopped 5 minutes away to grab food at a local diner before heading back, and I noticed the gas tank was 3/4 full and after inspecting the inside of the car there was Cheetos pieces in the side door, sticky stuff which looked like coffee splashed over the center console. The cups inside the center cup holder in the back were dirty and the carpets needed a good vacuuming. The old owners insurance information also left in the car as well. Whoever is in charge of cleaning the cars before or after they are sold could use some work. I had a great experience with everyone I worked with. The communication was great. I would of appreciated the courtesy of having a full tank of gas and a clean vehicle to head back with.

What a great experience! My salesman James Wiskemann was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable! I next encountered Nick Rizzo. What a gem! He was great to work with and got me everything I wanted within my price range and last but not least was Brian in the Finance Dept.
