My wife and I were treated exceptionally well. We were kept informed everything was done for us. Everybody in the whole dealership was friendly and nice a lot personnel greeted us. It was actually a very pleasing experience to purchase this car for her birthday she is thrilled. Thank you so much!

Experience was overall okay, purchased a used 2024 Toyota Tacoma, got a pretty good price as well as a good value on my trade and the employees that helped me were good. However there was a few things off putting about this experience that rubbed me the wrong way. The Tacoma had a dent and couple scratches that I negotiated to be fixed into the deal, upon receiving the vehicle back after these services were done, I think I could have taken a white sharpie and done a better job then the paint repair that was done as it doesn’t match the color of the truck, looks very incomplete, the salesman told me before it was done it will be noticeable if your looking for it but I feel it can be noticed from a distance and it was left very uneven. The dealership didn’t place a temp tag on, and instead transferred my existing license plate from my old vehicle over, the only issue about this, is it appears the license plate is still registered to my previous vehicle, so I have been driving an improperly registered vehicle (loved finding that out from a cop). The rental car I was placed in while the dent repair and paint touch up was by far the worst vehicle I could have been placed in. The vehicle was a fresh trade so it was dirty, smoked in, dented up, and was given to me with a quarter of a tank of gas. I got charged for a vin etching, that wasn’t even done to the vehicle (dealership is sending a check to make up for this one) Overall the experience started great but went down hill after it got to the “we owe” section of the deal. Update 5/14: Went from 3 stars to 1 star, called the dealership because I have yet to receive the title to register the vehicle, and am 3 days from the 31 day timeline to get title. Upon calling I got transferred from The Title Clerk, To a Salesperson, to a Manager. The manager I spoke to unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. More worried about the original review left and complaint to the Secretary of State about the vin etching they say they did but is not anywhere to be found on the vehicle than actually trying to help. The Manager was careless and seemed to only want to put blame on me. I ended up telling him this only makes the experience worse to which he proceeded to tell me he should have told me to return it because there was no money made on the deal.

Rayskillman I absolutely love this place . Best dealership around . They are understanding and listen to your needs and wants . Joe and Mady worked so hard for me and got me out of a car I really didn’t like and had a lot of issues with. They put me in a Chevy Blazer and I absolutely love it 😊. I was extremely happy when I left there. I will definitely recommend family and friends to come here . Very satisfied with all the help kindness respect I received from Joe and Mady ! They are the absolute best . Go See Joe and Mady I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is the best dealership in Indiana!! They have been so amazing since we first walked in the door back in 2019! First the beautiful 2020 Grey Traverse with all the bells and whistles! Right off the showroom floor! Unfortunately my oldest outgrew it quickly and we needed a bigger truck which was a pretty 2021 Grey Suburban. (However she didn’t have all the bells and whistles like the Traverse did but still an awesome truck.). This last time went to look at their 1500LTZs for my husband and I wanted to check out the new 2025 Suburbans. I loved the upgrades and the huge display screen plus I’ve always wanted a red suburban. My Dream Truck!! which are hard to come by! However,… We both got what we wanted the same day. (Well I had to wait till they could find a red suburban at another dealership who would “trade” with them for me & if they couldn’t find it they were going to order it. If it wasn’t red I didn’t want to upgrade. Before the deal was closed on my husbands 1500ltz they guaranteed that I would get my dream truck as well. He got his in less than 1.5 hours that day and It took less than 3 weeks for mine! They drove to Ohio and back to get it for me!! They are absolutely amazing and always go above & beyond for us! They make everything fast, quick and easy! Always upfront and honest of costs, extended warranty recommendations, etc.. These amazing people and their outstanding customer service from every employee is why we always come to this dealership! Chris Curtiss is the best!

From the time I drove on the Ray Skillman Chevrolet lot I was greeted and taken care of. The sales team of Mady and Joe understood my wishes, they were knowledgeable about their vehicles and made recommendations that would fit what I was looking for. They had a great selection of used and new vehicles. The Used Car Sales Manager (Derek) gave me top dollar for my trade-in. The finance department (Chris) treated me great! They gave me a great price on an extended warranty that would cover the duration while I financed the vehicle. It was the best experience I have had buying a car in a long time. This is how you build relationships and return customers. I will definitely come back here when I'm ready to purchase again. In fact, I bought four vehicles in three days.
