I had a great experience overall with this dealership. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They communicated clearly and took good care of my vehicle. The only small issue I ran into was when I dropped my car off after hours—the drop box didn’t have any envelopes available, which made things a little confusing. It wasn’t a major problem, but having envelopes stocked would definitely improve the convenience. Other than that, everything was handled really well, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Neondra was very informative and generous. She stayed late just to make sure that I was completely taken care of. I appreciate her Care and kindness that was put into helping me. It’s worth mentioning that Terry and the staff moved everything from my old car into my new one without me even asking. They helped me through every step of the process, making it all so smooth and stress-free. The finance manager also stayed beyond his hours to make sure everything was set up properly for me, which I truly appreciated. That extra care made all the difference. Neondra followed up with a thank-you note and an email offering to walk me through anything else I needed help with. That level of genuine care and follow-through is something I haven’t experienced in a long time, and it was truly refreshing.
