Had the end rebuild on my 2014 Challenger after the lifters failed. When the work was completed and I picked up my vehicle, the AC did not work. Was able to troubleshoot myself, and it turned out That they had pinched the wire to the compressor. Other than the inconvenient of returning the vehicle. They were able to fix it. Two years down the road, I had not even put 10,000 miles on the car the same problem popped up. It was literally one month over the warranty time. Period and they denied to Cover the repair. I have no choice, but to take it to my own mechanic since I had lost Confidence in them. My mechanic had discovered that There was some steel wool material in the oil pan And that it look like someone had dropped steel wall, trying to clean the heads When they took it apart. I Ended up doing a full engine rebuild. I must say that I will never take my vehicle or buy a vehicle from this dealership

We had poor commercial ethics practice, considering it a deceptive practice or lack of transparency: if a salesperson encourages you to try a car while me as a customer I am in the process of buying it (or vice versa), they sold the vehicle to another customer who was looking at others vehicles at the moment and they sold him the vehicle that I was testing it out on the road and I was going to purchase it myself . They are creating a false sense of availability. That was what my family and I experienced despite being attended to by the salesperson and the manager, very bad experience. Stay away and be careful when dealing with sellers from this dealership who don’t care about you.

The service department is the worst. I’ve been trusting them to work on my suv all the while they have been taking short cuts. Finally I had enough after I made the first available appointment because my car needs some work 1pm on a Friday when I get there, the guy tells me nobody’s even gonna look at my car on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Why have me waste my time and make the appointment why not just make it on a Monday? I called Super Shop they got me right in and I know their work is quality. You might spend a little more but at least you know they will do good work and won’t waste your time.

After my 3 years with the best car I have ever owned (1999 acura)my fiance and I thought it was time I got a more commuter friendly car to start a new job. @richardvalencia94 first time we tried that day we were approved. Everyone's experience with dealerships will be different this couldn't have been done if he had not been there to help us narrow it down for what worked for my budget and practicality. Will be coming back when I want more !!!Horse power!!🚗🔥💨💨
