RC Auto has been amazing to work with. The staff is friendly, honest, and really makes you feel like part of the family. They always explain everything clearly and never push anything unnecessary. I’ve purchased 5+ vehicles from here and have been satisfied every time—my forever car dealership.

I moved to Phoenix from WV in 2002 and less than 6 months later my car was stolen. I was working a temp job and needed a vehicle to get to work. I went to RC Auto on recommendation of a co-worker named Shirley. A 1987 Toyota MR2, two seater was the car that was within my price range as a temp worker. I had excellent credit rating bu I couldn't get a loan because I was just a temp at the time. Roger took a chance on me and financed the car himself. I made sure payments were on time and the only time I was late was when I got a full-time job and hadn't received my first paycheck. I called Della to see if I could send a partial payment and send the balance when I got my first paycheck and she told me to just wait until I got my first full paycheck. I had to put a used engine in the car 3 years later. (My boyfriend at the time, borrowed it to drive to work for a week or so and he drove it like it was a racecar. He actually bought a car from RC Auto after that.) Anyway, I moved back to WV in 2006 and drove the MR2 off and on until 2016 when I sold it to my nephew. RC Auto was a life saver for me!

I bought my 2001 Toyota 4Runner a few months ago from RC Auto and couldn’t be happier. From my understanding, they don’t typically take on cars of this age but I was so happy to see this one on their site. I had been referred to RC Auto from multiple family members and happened to find my ideal car within the right timing. Scott was very honest with me through the entire process and went so far as to show me more affordable options that may come with a smaller risk - the customer service and integrity showed through and through. Though the car I purchased was not up for warranty due to the age, Scott and Val, the dealership’s mechanic, worked to address an issue I had with the driver’s door window, as well as providing a complimentary service on a blown fuse I had which caused the radio, clock, etc to go out. I am extremely grateful to the wonderful staff at RC auto - they are truly an upstanding team and you can tell that shortly after speaking with one of their team members. Thank you all, especially to the staff member that took a chance to restore an old 4Runner! You made my dreams come true and I have loved every minute of owning it.

This is the best place to buy a new or used automobile. They are the best! Try them out and you will never buy another automobile any better than RC Auto. You would be glad you did.
