Had a great experience with RC hill Mitsubishi in Ocala. Definitely not your typical dealership experience. Tony my salesmen was super easy going, straightforward and pleasant to work with. He made the deal happen in a timely manner and didn’t push any extras onto me like many other dealers. The biggest thing was not being swarmed by the usual dealership “sharks” that come straight for you the second you pull onto the lot. Looked at the truck I was interested in for over 10 minutes before someone came outside to ask if I needed any help. Not to come out and hold my hand while I walked the dealership.Once inside he was sure to make it as smooth sailing as possible. Andrew in finance was also just as great to work with! Better customer service than many of my other experiences with other dealers. He was super up front about everything and didn’t beat around the bush or try selling me extra nonsense. I’m a ford guy and they just happened to have a beautiful 2023 F150 on the lot. This was probably the last place I expected to find a truck I wanted but I’m glad it worked out the way it did. Do yourself a favor and go give them a look! Ask for Tony and you will be happy you did. Great guy and a great dealership! Most laid back buying experience I have had by far!
