Sonia made the process to find and buy a car quick and easy! I definitely recommend her and Reading Mitsubishi to anyone for a great vehicle an excellent experience! My car was unexpectedly totaled by the insurance company from an accident and I was left with less than a week to find and buy a new car. I did some reasearch and chose Reading Mitsubishi as one of the dealerships I was going to visit and test drive cars at. When I arrived at Reading Mitsubishi, Sonia smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She listened to what I needed and the features I wanted, and let me test drive the two cars I found online that I was interested in. I ended up not 100% liking the two cars I chose, so based on what I said I wanted Sonia made some suggestions. When I test drove the 2024 Honda Accord EX I was pleasantly surprised! It wasn't one that initially caught my eye online, but it was almost exactly what I wanted/needed. Sonia was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and when there was something we weren't 100% sure about she wasn't afraid to bring in the General Manager Mike to assist. They let me ask a ton of questions and take my time deciding and didn't pressure me into anything. I test drove a few other cars at a few other places, but came back to Reading Mitsubishi because they made me comfortable and because of the great service they provided. Sonia and the other staff I dealt with at Reading Mitsubishi were quick to communicate and there with me every step of the way to make the process quick and easy. I was able to send all of the information they needed (via text and email) and they had everything ready for me when I came back to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. Jarrett went over the paperwork with me and explained everything I needed to know before I signed. My experience at Reading Mitsubishi was quick and easy, and I'm so happy I decided to buy my car from them!

I’ll start with Brian at the service desk. Dude is absolutely AWESOME!! Great customer service and is there to help with your needs!! He’s a 5 star employee!! In addition, when they originally assessed my vehicle and I brought it back for the service, they missed an issue and decided to get the parts and not charge me for the additional labor or the parts. That’s what I call integrity. They even drove me home (Thanks Norm!!!) so I wouldn’t have to wait for over 6 hours in the waiting area and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership when my car was complete. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership, receiving service, in a long time. Thank you!!!
