Reading Parking Authority

I just got off the phone with Jazmin. She was extremely polite and helpful . I was unfortunate enough to have to visit our fine courthouse on 3 different occasions for a rather nasty civil matter. Did not understand the procedure to make a payment for parking and nobody at the courthouse was able to help. I received fines for non payment. I called and Jazmin took the time to explain how the digital parking system works and she rectified the problem letting me pay the fines over the phone. Yes , it sucked I had to still pay the fines but Jazmin made the hurt alot less due the the fact that she was so patient, I am old and not up on all the phone tech, Thank You Jazmin.

Got a letter for an unpaid parking balance even tho parking was paid at the hotel. Tried to call and send proof. No one awnsers the phone or responds to emails. So now I have to pay over $100 for a $30 ticket that I had already paid. If you can avoid parking with this company.

My experience with the parking authority has been deeply unsatisfactory. The level of professionalism exhibited is consistently lacking. I have observed specific instances of what appears to be insubordinate and tyrannical behavior during interactions. Furthermore, there are documented issues of parking violations by the authority's own staff, which is contradictory to their role in enforcing these policies.

I know the world is struggling but explain to me how screwing people is going to get money for the city?! People are struggling and your solution is to ticket, not inform by mail (please show me the letters) but if they get you three times, you’re booted?! Oh and here comes the heroes Matos Towing to take your vehicle and ADD TO THE FINANCIAL BURDEN. This is why Reading will never progress like it could. Stop screwing your tax paying citizens with outrageous fees, you’re not NYC. Also, forget customer service, they’re as trashy as they come with absolutely no home training, they are doing US a favor by going to work.

Their drivers ride around on the phone while patrolling for the street sweepers. It must have been a good conversation when you forget your at work and the street sweepers is behind you without you knowing. Isn't it illegal to drive with phones in your hands now?
