Reagle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Sales)

We recently leased a Grand Cherokee from Reagle. Our salesman, James, was friendly and didn’t pressure us at all. He found us our perfect jeep at another dealer and had it brought in and we were on our way… 5 star experience… Then, with a little over 100 miles on the odometer, the check engine light popped on and it began to sputter at times. The Jeep ended up back at Reagle for diagnostics and service. Long story short, it required an engine replacement. We were extremely disappointed. Reagle provided us with a similar Grand Cherokee off their lot as a loaner and assured us the repairs would be done as quick as possible. Two to three weeks went by and we received updates on the repairs but no timeline due to the extent of the repairs… Then I received a completely unprompted phone call from Gina, the Sales Manager, and was informed that our Jeep was going to be replaced with a new Jeep with the same specs as soon as they could locate one. A few days later we signed a new lease for the same terms in a new Jeep. The sales and service team at Reagle went above and beyond for us. We appreciate everything they did for us. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have purchased a Jeep this week from Reagle and I cannot be more satisfied with the excellent customer service this dealership provides. The purchasing experience was very smooth and I appreciate how they follow up with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Yet again they pulled through. I am a service advisor in Allentown at an independent repair shop. Finding parts can be quite challenging at times. All aftermarket vendors local to me stated they didn’t carry what we needed and all dealers stated it was on an international backorder with no ETA. I remembered the wonderful folks here and called. I was told within 5 minutes they had the part on their shelf and we drove down to pick it up. We were able to get our clients vehicle back on the road thanks to the team here. Wish you were closer to us. This is the third time they were the only ones that could help us. Thank you so much!

Great atmosphere, As a first time lot buyer didn’t feel suffocated and pressured. The team were all friendly and considerate. Getting to know the staff by name and building a relationship made my car buying experience more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back for future needs and if any friends or family get interested in a new vehicle, I’ll have a great recommendation for them! JUST ASK FOR DAVE !

I traveled over an hour just to have an in-person conversation about my (what I thought would end up being outrageously turned down) expectations on trading in my Wrangler/buying a Durango. Tony was awesome, as was the rest of the team at Dotta! They heard my thoughts, easily worked with me, and I ended up with the deal I had been searching for for months!
