They handled everything efficiently, and I truly appreciated how seamless the experience felt. But the most meaningful part for me was the extra effort they put in to make this day unforgettable. They set up balloons, added a beautiful bow, and even included a “Happy Birthday” sticker on the car, because I was gifting it to my parents. Amazing service from the moment I called to make an appointment till the moment I left. I talked to Veronica on the phone and she was amazing. Bruce was the service advisor who helped when I arrived, was very friendly and informative with all the questions I asked. The shuttle system they provide helped so much it’s amazing. They dropped me off at school and picked me up. Both ladies who drove were very personable and kind. David checked me out and left a lasting impression that made me feel great when I left the dealership. You folks really know how to serve your customers with top quality customer service.
