I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nelson was absolutely outstanding professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. He made the whole process smooth and stress free and treated me like more than just a sale. I also want to recognize the person in finance who worked with the banks to get me the best quote possible. They have a HUGE inventory. Some of the sales people are bilingual. They are giving an awesome service to our City Winter Haven, and serve the midFlorida. I am happy with the deal I got, and I am in love with my new Hyundai. Definetly, I would recommend them and buy from them again. My Saleperson was Frank, that speak English and Spanish perfectly and fluently.

Very disappointed with the service experience. We brought our vehicle in on Wednesday and received no updates, forcing us to follow up ourselves on Friday. Lacey told us the 12V battery needed replacement, but when we asked basic questions about the battery we were being charged over $250 for, we weren’t given clear answers and dismissed. We were transferred to another employee who could only provide a part number instead of assisting us with understanding what any details on type of battery we were purchasing. I also left multiple voicemails for the Service Manager Rob and never received a callback. Despite paying over $200 for diagnostics, we felt dismissed for simply trying to understand the recommended repair. We never rejected the battery replacement, yet Lacey was quick to call and tell us the vehicle had been reassembled and was ready for pickup—with the dead battery still installed. As long-time Hyundai customers, we expected better communication, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up, empathy, and professionalism caused us to move the vehicle elsewhere.

I received the best service ever in purchasing my car. It is a used Honda CRV 2013 model and in perfect condition. It really looks like a new car. I’m so happy with it. It drives wonderfully and very comfortable. My sales person was Mo Gafur. He was very kind and compassionate with this old lady. Mo was right on answering any questions my daughter & I had. The finance manager that handled the transaction was so helpful and friendly. Everyone that we spoke with, which were many people during the time we were there, were most courteous and helpful. This was the second car that I purchased from Red Hogland Hyundai, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Many of our friends have purchased cars from them, and all of them have been completely satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
