I’m so grateful for the experience I had at Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest! I’ll be honest, buying a car is usually one of my least favorite things to do. There’s always one price online, another price on the window, a different number from the salesperson, and then somehow a whole new number when you get to finance. It’s stressful 😩 and I mentioned that to my salesman. But HERE, my experience was completely different. Kenneth Mark made the process so easy from start to finish. He was helpful, patient, honest, and really worked with me to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. This was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had in my last four vehicles. A huge thank you to Chris in finance as well. He was amazing with the paperwork, explained everything clearly, and helped get everything sealed with a great interest rate. I’m so thankful for the way they took care of me and made this process feel simple instead of stressful. My 23 palisade with only 30k miles had the battery light on, replaced the battery and it was good for about two weeks. Then the light came back on, plugged up the battery and it was good but said it was 0% charged so that lead me to maybe an alternator or starter. Wouldn’t start so got it towed to the dealership on I-10, Eddie was our advisor, who was extremely condescending. He said I had a bad battery and needed a new one, I told him I just replaced it and they need to look more into it, it’s under warranty!! Ultimately they found “nothing” and I paid the diagnostic fee. The very next day, MY CAR WOULDNT START and all the icons on the dash were on. My wife and sick infant were stuck at heb and once again, had to get it towed back to the dealership but this time it went to the 410 location where the service manager took great care of us, apologized for everything and got it fixed in less than 24hours. The fuse box blew, replaced under warranty and we’re all good to go. I called the first dealership back to get a refund for the diagnostic fee since clearly there was an issue with my car and they sent me home knowing I have littles and ended up getting stuck at the store. The advisor told me no, essentially it was our fault there could have been something lose on the fuse box that lead to that. I’d understand if he was empathetic or even apologized but instead he talked to me like I was an idiot. If you have a choice, please go to the 410 location. Much better service and communication!!!

My son wanted a new Hyundai Elantra N and was extremely picky about a lot of things during the buying process. Fermin Tejeda and his sales manager Ricardo Boehme were understanding and accommodating at every step. When we got to the dealership from Austin (We drove past 4-5 other Hyundai stores to get to Red McCombs, and yes we had already contacted them and others and boy howdy did we make the right choice!) we met the Finance Manager Diego Peinado who did an excellent job of going over our options and even beat our credit union rate to save us some money! Based on our experience I would heartily recommend Red McCombs Hyundai and their professional staff!

Never felt pressured, gave us an awesome introduction to the car we wanted, went above and beyond getting me the exact vehicle I wanted! I'm so pleased with everyone all the way from Joseph to the finance manager!

Had a wonderful experience with their sales woman Alyssa! I was initially looking to get a sonata but they didn’t have the one i wanted in stock and i ended up with a tucson which i absolutely love. Alyssa was so great, any question I had she would have an answer for and let me take a look at every car I wanted without issue and not once did I feel pressured into buying. Super happy with my experience and thank you to Alyssa for working with my budget and being so patient!
