Made an appointment for an oil change. Told them it was a high top ram 3500 with an rv conversion. When I got there they wouldn't service it because it wouldn't fit in the garage. Left me without needed sevice.
Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Brittany was fantastic, took care of everything quickly, and they wasted no time getting my truck in and out with a fuel pump issue. 5 star experience worth the 5 star rating.
I can’t comment on anything but customer service. Truly exceptional. We were passing back down to Texas and needed a quick engine check. Brittney made us outsiders feel welcome and helped us out.
