Red River Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I intended to leave a positive review based on my initial purchase experience; however, subsequent findings have raised serious concerns regarding the business practices of Red River Ram of Heber Springs. In October 2025, I traveled approximately 700 miles to purchase a 2021 Ram 3500 with approximately 80k miles. Prior to my arrival, the salesperson Was courteous and provided photos and video of the vehicle’s exterior and disclosed minor cosmetic defects, which I accepted. Upon inspection at the dealership, the vehicle appeared consistent with those representations, and the interior presented as clean. Shortly after taking possession of the vehicle and using it under normal conditions, I began noticing black residue transferring onto my clothing hands and Literally anything I touch inside the truck. Upon closer inspection, it became evident that the interior surfaces—including, but not limited to, the dashboard, door panels, speaker grilles, seats, and seat belts—had been treated with what appears to be a dye, paint, or similar substance, rather than being properly cleaned or detailed. This condition was not disclosed at any point prior to or during the sale. The application of such a substance materially alters the appearance of the vehicle’s interior and reasonably constitutes a misrepresentation of its true condition. Presenting the vehicle in this manner raises serious concerns regarding deceptive or unfair business practices. As a result of this experience, I have lost all confidence in the integrity and business practices of this dealership and would strongly caution prospective buyers to proceed accordingly. It is particularly concerning given that we had planned to return in the spring or summer of 2026 to purchase an additional cab and chassis Ram truck; however, under these circumstances, any future business with this dealership is no longer under consideration. This matter warrants serious attention from dealership management, as it reflects a clear need for improved oversight, transparency, and adherence to acceptable preparation and disclosure standards. Without meaningful corrective action, practices of this nature will continue to erode customer trust and damage the dealership’s reputation.

Had a great experience with the dealership and especially my salesman, Josh Haley. We did everything via text, call and email and they took care of all of my paperwork and delivered the vehicle to me at my office for final inspection before picking up my trade in vehicle. The whole process was handled in just a few hours from start to finish, finding the car I liked, valuating my trade, doing the financing and delivering it to me and picking up mine, all one day. Great service, great pricing and I love my new 2025 Chev Equinox. Thank you again Josh and Red River Dodge. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a heavy duty truck for a while, but couldn’t decide until visiting Red River Dodge in Heber Springs. The service provided by Bradley was fantastic. This is the second truck I’ve bought from Bradley here at Red River Dodge and both experiences have been great. Very happy with dealership and most of all the service provided by Bradley!

Great experience from beginning to end. I had already visited two dealerships in Little Rock before making the drive to Heber Springs. I am thankful that I chose to give Red River a visit. We were able to look for quite a while without being smothered which was a nice change. Eventually, we met Jacob and he was incredible. He was very polite and honestly, just a pleasure to deal with during the process. Just days after our purchase and we are shopping for our daughter. No doubts about it, I will be making another trip to Heber Springs and Jacob will be our Salesman.

This was our second time buying a vehicle from Red River Dodge in Heber Springs, and once again my husband and I are blown away by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Josh was so helpful and open to all of our ideas without any pressure. He went above and beyond with taking care of us and getting us in our new Grand wagoneer with the time-crunch we were in. We couldn’t imagine buying from another dealership and highly recommend Josh or his wife if your looking to buy a car!
