I'm a 2026 New RAM 1500 owner who was looking for a HEMI V8 Laramie with specific features. I called over 5 RAM dealerships within a 50mi radius but had no luck finding one in stock. Redlands CDJR was the only dealership that suggested I have it built through the Stellantis website and they were willing to help me build my custom order. Everyone at Redlands was super friendly and my salesperson Eric made my car buying experience the best ever. Usually car buying is stressful and takes many long hours, but not at Redlands. These guys helped me place my order within an hour. The build took over 2 months but it was well worth the wait. I got the exact truck I wanted! Once it was received at the dealership I made the purchase within a day and only took a couple hours to do all the paperwork before Eric delivered the truck to my home. They made my truck buying experience memorable from the bell ring to adding a giant bow to the truck when I came outside. They really take the time to celebrate with you and I appreciated every moment. Thank you Eric at Redlands CDJR! Since purchasing, I've gone in for maintenance and oil change services and Miguel Segundo Gonzalez is my go to Service Advisor. He was knowledgeable, polite, and had my car serviced in about an hour. He also suggested and arranged a round trip shuttle service for me. I'm very happy and impressed with the exceptional customer service I receive from all departments at Redlands CDJR :)

What a breath of fresh air this dealership is. We went in to drop our 2023 JGC hybrid off for service. We had bought it from Moss Bros in Moreno Valley & had nothing but issues. We started in the service department & dealt with Marlene Quezada. She was extremely professional & a joy to deal with. We then walked over to the sales department to sit down with someone to discuss our options. We dealt with Patrick Sanchez. Professional & a joy to deal with! We then dealt with Adrian Ortiz. Same professional & a joy to deal with. They all worked with us to get us the best deal on something new so we could get rid of the 2023. We walked out with a new Rubicon. Everyone was upbeat great attitudes & extremely helpful! This will be our go to spot from now on! Couldn’t be happier

I’ve took my truck in for an oil change here before, and it was one of the quickest experiences around. When I started looking into trading it in for a newer model, the sales team helped me every step of the way. Although I didn’t end up getting a new vehicle, I still wanted to write this review because of the great service I received. Recently, I went to Les Schwab for an alignment because it was convenient. I was shocked at how much they wanted to charge me, along with the long list of parts they claimed needed to be replaced. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to drive 45 minutes out of my way to the service team at Reliable Dodge of Redlands—and I’m glad I did. Carlos specifically took care of me this time, and he was honest and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and let me know that the previous recommendations I received were unnecessary. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity. From here on out, I won’t be going anywhere else to service my vehicle. It’s refreshing to be treated with respect and not like an easy target for upselling. On top of that, the waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked with refreshments, which makes the whole experience even better. Hats off to Carlos and the entire team in the shop for their outstanding and honest work.

I had and continue to have a great experience with Christopher Howard, my salesman. He gets 5++++ stars. The negative experience was with the price negotiation at the table with the manager. Excessive markup. I declined them all. He would not budge on the Stargardgps markup up of $1043. I told him I didn’t want it and I was told it was already installed and had to be paid for. Reading up on it, it is something dealerships install for lot theft. They pay approximately $200-300. This is the only part of the sale so far that stinks! It is not a factory install, it could have come off. So that part has left a sour taste in my mouth about the deal. BEWARE of the Stargardgps add on charge which AI says thieves know how to bypass anyway. UPDATE: I received a call from a General Manager checking on how the sale went. I explained my dissatisfaction with the extra markup charge for the Stargardgps. He was very gracious and wrote me a check in full for the entire amount. I’ve changed my review to a full 5 stars!!! I am extremely grateful and happy with my Jeep buying experience at Redlands CDJR.

Marlene and the Service Department for the WIN!! Didn’t realize the new to me Jeep didn’t have the lug lock until I needed the spare tire off 😭. Initially went into the Parts department after a great phone conversation on options, however, the in-person Parts people didn’t have the same demeanour and told me to go to the Service department. Marlene did a great job allowing me to explain the situation I was in, and displayed her great reflective lisening skills, repeating back the situation I had described! Prior to setting any upfront outcomes, she consulted with her Service team and came back with a couple options, which I thought was pretty cool. Long story short, Marlene and the Service department did a great overall job to get the lug lock off with short notice. Hooefully you get to interact with Marlene when you visit the Service department. Great job!! 💪
