I had a really good experience at Redwood Auto Sales & Service. The staff were honest, straightforward, and actually took the time to explain what was going on with my car instead of rushing me out. They gave me a fair price, worked quickly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it. I’ll be coming back here for future repairs and maintenance for sure. Highly recommend!

Definitely would not recommend coming here. They rush their work, they used old parts with silicone for my intake manifold gaskets they had no reason to go inside my truck but they did and they got my interior all dirty along with oil handprints all over the outside The people who are in charge had an excuse for everything I had a question for I asked why wasn’t the job done properly? They said they wanted to get it out of there as fast as possible.

Varinder and his team are incredible, these guys are very helpful, Knowledgeable, kind and offer great customer service. I strongly recommend this Mechanic shop.

brought in my Jag on my dad’s suggestion to replace spark plugs and for a tire issue. The next day I got a call its fixed and when I pickup the car he mentioned he forgot to check the tire, I said no problem I’ll bring it back the following day, once I left 10 new sensors came on for the first time. I went back to them and they said they’ll fix it and look into the tire issue. Got a call that the tires need new arm controls, I got them replaced and the car is still experiencing the same problem. About the sensors they took zero accountability and said these sensors came on 6 months ago. The solution: pathetic unprofessional people both Varinder and his partner/father. Decided their easy way out by threatening and abusing me. Just remember, what goes around comes around. Thank you just an update, the water pump and pipe broke again on the way home, not sure what you’re claiming is not paid? Installed a water pump and pipe twice in 3 months and its broken right away. You replaced spark plugs on the jeep and the engine light is still on, you messed up my Jaguar, something doesn’t add up, worked on 3 vehicles and all 3 are messed up? What a mess. And by the way took my car to the dealership, you broke the park brake panel, and the ebrake sensor has a missing wire, its costing me $4k to fix your mistake. Stop experimenting when you don’t know how to work. Shameless. Update again, you have only worked on the Jeep once and I brought it in telling you there is an engine light and you mentioned its only due to the spark plugs which you mentioned you replaced yet the light is still on. You requested a cash payment for the XJ, and that was cleared out not sure why you’re asking for more funds for that, and you did not provide any receipt and said its only cash. The XF you broke the panel while I brought it in to fix the control arms, while it was shaking on one side, it started shaking on both. I didn’t get the service I requested and was lied to, unfortunately though I was only provided the key to my car after paying. Stop making up stories, if my family brought in 3 vehicles and you messed up all 3, that’s a clear and obvious answer. Its crazy I brought in my XF for one issue and walked out with it having 7-8 other sensors. Yet you had the urge to say it was from a year ago, after first apologizing and acknowledging it wasn’t there and only after realizing its out of your control to fix you claimed its old, when in fact I was at the actual dealership just a month before and everything else was fine. I was promised I’d be emailed the receipts, its been over a year for some and couple weeks for some, I haven’t received anything. you damaged my vehicle by braking the park brake panel in the picture which caused all those new sensors to appear. And the control arms you mentioned you replaced you mentioned the car is in perfect condition, now its shaking on both sides and requires more repairs. And lastly, you initially acknowledged your mistake of causing the issues on my vehicle and offered to pay me to have it diagnosed by Jaguar and later on when I told you how much they charge you started lying that it was old. My only mistake is coming to you for repairs, instead of going to Jaguar, I was promised you’ll provide a service and didn’t and on top of that while repairing my vehicle you caused more issues to it And the same with the Jeep
