The day before Thanksgiving, my partner and I were traveling through MO, heading to CO, when our 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 diesel truck started making a strange sound that was very concerning and definitely not anything good. We were towing our travel trailer so we quickly found a great little state park to stay at and then called Reed Chevrolet, who got the truck scheduled for that Friday morning! We took it in and got a really nice Chevy Colorado truck rental. They fixed our truck by Tuesday and now we can safely tow our trailer Westward. The customer service was amazing and I am so grateful to everyone, especially Kevin, for our awesome customer experience! Thank you so much!

Also shoutout to Maddie, the receptionist, for being so organized and helpful with appointments. Communication was clear and timely. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Neither of them ever gave up on finding a great vehicle for me! I would have given up on looking if it wasn’t for these amazing employees

We had a great experience with Luke! We honestly weren’t planning to buy that day—we were just there for an oil change and decided to look around. The only thing I knew was I wanted an SUV or a minivan. Luke was patient, kind, and let me test drive several SUVs without any pressure.
