I had such a great experience at REED Jeep in Merriam. I walked in with 0 expectation of purchasing a car unless it was exactly something I wanted and if I was going to get a good deal. Not only did Sam in Sales work hard to get me a great deal, he was incredibly kind and the whole team was very attentive as soon as I stepped on the lot - which was definitely not the case with the other dealerships in Merriam right next door. I can't thank Sam enough. It was my first Jeep purchase and he made the experience so fun and now I'm driving my dream car! I would highly recommend going to REED to get your next car. 10/10 all around for a car buying experience. Ask for Sam, he's the best!

Had a really great experience working with Mak at Reed CDJR! Mak (our sales person) was awesome to deal with. He made the entire process quick and painless, we were in and out without any of the usual back and forth that can drag things out. That was especially important to my wife, and he respected our time while still making sure everything was handled properly. No pressure, just straightforward and professional the whole way through. Mak is very polite, professional, and a great communicator. Frank in the service department was just as impressive. Per our request, he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and kept us in the loop with detailed updates, including videos. That level of communication and attention to detail really stood out and gave us a lot of confidence. Greg McCall was also a huge help and took great care of us. Montell in finance was also great to work with. He clearly knows the products inside and out and took the time to walk us through everything in a way that actually made sense. There was zero pressure, and we felt like we were making informed decisions the whole time, especially on things like the extended warranty. I had a great experience buying my vehicle, and a big part of that was Richard. We spent hours at the dealership going back and forth trying to make the right decision, and he was patient, calm, and understanding the entire time. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. A huge plus was that I accidentally left some keys in my trade-in vehicle, and Richard went above and beyond to make sure they were returned to me. That level of care and customer service really stood out and meant a lot. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I went on for scheduled maintenance to my Jeep 4xe, specifically oil change & tire rotation and balance. While I was there, I received a text message Seth the attached video alerting me to the need for replacement of engine and cabin air filters. I was able to authorize those replacements by text and my service took less than 40 minutes instead of the hour I was originally quoted, even with the additional replacements. When I received my vehicle back, the interior had been vacuumed and wiped down as well. I really appreciate the help that the maintenance team at Reed Jeep, including Keely (service advisor) provided. The waiting area was clean with amenities including a quiet room. Everything was fast, efficient, and at a good price (even before two coupons I had received with my service alert were applied). I highly recommend Reed for Jeep service.
