He also answered all our questions or got someone to answer them for us. The people of the dealership all friendly. They seemed to care about their customers. This week's appointment was another example of the great experiences I have had at Reed Ford. My primary service is an oil change. They almost always finish earlier than they predicted. My favorite service advisor is Allen because he is truly interested in my satisfaction. He is a true professional and I like him a lot. Ie have encountered a few relatively minor issues and always navigates through them very well. But all service staff have been very good to deal with.
