We stopped by to look at comfort and colors of certain vehicles, with no intention of buying, just in the research mode. Ahmad greeted us and immediately took us to EXACTLY what we were looking for. Aya M. was in and out working with Ahmad and within a few hours LOL we were out the door with a new vehicle! Everyone was nice. Ahmad has followed up since the sale and has assisted us in getting a few extra things taken care of. I highly recommend Ahmad and Aya in Sales at Reed Nissan!! Leishia in finance finished up the details and she was quick, informative, helpful. She was awesome to deal with, too. Since we bought the vehicle, and have been back a couple of times, even the other sales people recognize is as being Ahmad's customer and they greet us. Just an all around nice experience at Reed Nissan.

I had the pleasure of working with Nouha in Sales, and she was absolutely exceptional from start to finish and Ismail he was simply awesome. What impressed me most was her patience and professionalism. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured — which is so rare and refreshing when buying a car. She made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I will say, this location is a completely different experience compared to the Reed Nissan on West Colonial. The atmosphere, the staff, and the level of service here are on another level entirely. Hello, I bought a vehicle from Reed Nissan/Clermont in August. I live an hour away. When I bought the vehicle a warning light was on; my dealer Hasna assured me I could bring the vehicle back in and it would be taken care. Today it happened just as she promised! I am very pleased with her professionalism during the process of buying my vehicle and my daughter's. Im happy with the customer service I received from Jackie in the service dept. I will send anyone that needs a vehicle to see Hasna, she works to get deals Done!!!! 😊

I came in the other week to get my used Nissian serviced. I originally got the used car from another dealership, the car came with a lot of mileages and I soon found out of the many issues that needed to be fix that was not disclosed to me . I was able to get help from Matt whom was very honest, helpful l, and explained the issues honestly. Long story short while waiting in the waiting room, I was contacted by Mehdi regarding upgrading options. He was very patience, transparent, and non pushy or overly aggressive sales rep . I ended up with a brand new car with a fair deal that comes with a lot of coverage. That was 100% worth it . I do recommend to anyone purchasing a car .. to go to the dealership first and see your options. It does bring a lot of peace of mind to get a vehicle from the source that normally offers a lot of coverage that is worth you paying up front versus on the back end .
