# Summary The dealership receives praise from most customers for knowledgeable and attentive sales and service representatives who take time to explain vehicle details and follow up with clients. However, some customers have expressed concerns about service pricing and diagnostic fees that they felt were excessive and insufficiently disclosed upfront.
I recently worked with John B on the trade in of my 2023 Chevy Traverse. I traded My car in for a 2026 Chevy Traverse. John was super supportive and answered every question I had. I was also very pleased with the fact that he followed up with me to make sure I had no other questions about the car and to make sure everything was running smoothly. The process to buy the car did take some time due to the busy-ness, but I appreciated through this process that John kept coming in to keep me updated and checking in on me. I am Loving my car so far. I would recommend if going in on the weekend to make an appointment with John.
My experience With Freedman tow was excellent. They helped me diagnose the issue and fix the issue. I am very satisfied with the help and my experience I had With reedman-toll.
I will give Chevrolet a 5 star. My car salesman name Nick was very professional and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed. He explained everything to me about my vehicle and made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making. Thanks Nick. I absolutely love my truck.
I was charged $330 for a battery PLUS $300 for labor. I brought my Chevy Traverse to this dealership for an issue with my key fob. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told there would be a $230 “look at” fee, which would be applied toward the final bill. Later, the receptionist called to say my battery was bad, but also stated that the battery didn’t confirm why the engine light was on. I was told that if I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere for a battery replacement (which costs around $180 at AutoZone), I would still owe the $230 diagnostic fee. I reluctantly approved the battery replacement so they could properly test whether it was causing the engine light issue. On the second call, I was told the new battery fixed the engine light problem, and that the engine light repair was actually related to a GMC malfunction COVERED under my warranty. The pricing of $630, for something that is typically a quick straightforward service, was never disclosed to me, and felt excessive and unreasonable, especially given the lack of clarity throughout the process. If you’re comfortable paying inflated prices and unclear fees, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.
My experience at this dealership is always a pleasant one. The Rep explained everything thoroughly to me that needed to be done on my car.
