The dealership receives mixed reviews regarding sales and service experiences. While customers praise the sales team's non-pressured approach and some service visits for quick turnaround and professionalism, others report significant frustrations with warranty claim handling, scheduling inefficiencies, diagnostic fees, and discrepancies in service estimates.
My husband and I had a very positive buying experience at the dealership with our salesman, Marcus. I initially found the car online, but Marcus' willingness to work with my need for additional information is what ultimately bought us to the showroom. LOVED that he wasn't pushy and respected my restrictive work timetable. We were literally scheduled to drive to NY to see virtually the same car for $1000 less. Happy we went with Reedman!
I recently had the rear wheel bearings replaced on my vehicle at Reedman Toll and was informed this was covered by my Mopar extended warranty. However, when the front wheel bearings were replaced in 2024, I was required to pay out-of-pocket. The total bill for that visit was $4,800, which included other repairs that were likely under warranty. When I inquired about a reimbursement, I was told it was denied because the claim was not filed at the time of service. It is the dealership's responsibility to verify warranty coverage with Mopar, yet the service manager in 2024 failed to do so. I also have concerns regarding Reedman Toll’s scheduling and diagnostic process. Despite making an appointment online, I was told upon arrival that it would take six days for an evaluation to even begin. I was informed that if I kept my vehicle until a technician was available, I would lose my place in the queue. Consequently, my car sat idle on the lot for six days before being evaluated. This process negates the purpose of scheduling an appointment and caused unnecessary personal inconvenience. Finally, I find the $230 diagnostic fee redundant when the repairs are ultimately performed at the dealership. While I understand charging for a technician's time and labor if a customer declines service, adding this cost on top of the repair bill feels exploitative. While the service manager I worked with during this most recent visit was professional, the systemic issues and lack of due diligence regarding my 2024 warranty claim are unacceptable. Addendum to my original post. I was done with the matter, but when Reedman Toll sent a reply to my review, encouraging me to contact the manager, I took them up on their offer. The receptionist came off confused when I called and explained that the manager was very busy. This was odd, considering they were the ones who offered to speak with me about the issue. She asked me to relay my concerns to her, which I did and she took down my number. Okay let's be real, if they were serious about resolving this matter it would have been handled when I initially brought up the issue. Apparently, sending out a generic response to criticism is their veiled attempt of appearing to be concerned.
I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and the service team was fantastic! They exceeded my expectations with their quick turnaround time. It’s evident that they take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality service, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance.
Went in for oil change and rotation. My mom’s car she gave me and recommended here cause she had one last free service. I went in and they said it already expired two months ago which, it had been five months since they last serviced it (Even though my mom said it ends during the end of the year). I didn’t think it was a problem cause I thought it was miscommunication. The original estimate was $160 since no free service apparently. Eventually the worker came back and Tried to rob me with an estimate of $545.51 for swollen lug nuts and oil change and tire rotation. After I declined they didn’t do my rotation cause of the lug nuts and I didn’t pay anything for the oil change because the worker said he “read it wrong” and I still have a free service left. Now maybe I can assume this is where the miscommunication happened as per chance the free service was only for oil change… but how does the estimate change from 545.51 to $145 when they gave me my receipt? But the principle behind this is the only reason I’m writing this. You deserve a place that has good character, integrity and respect for whoever shows up in their space. Not fear-filling but community building, cause that’s the only way to get things done properly.
I needed an inspection last minute on a Saturday for my kids car. The service manager was courteous and direct. The waiting area is modern, clean, and spacious. They also have a cellphone charging dock. A plus for me because of course my phone was dying.
