Well today I was getting ready to head back home up north in Dawson creek from dealing with an estate , when my truck was have some major issues , a few pistons where not firing out of the blue , even though there shop was booked up for the next few weeks. they had a guy who knew about a bunch of ford issues and after a quick look they figured out my issue , spark plugs had crack in 4 cylinders , they checked around got the parts and got my truck back on the road … now to look forward to driving through the pass in winter …thanks for going out of your way to getting us home !!

Great staff, great service 👍 👍 My breaks failed near Quesnel on the weekend and I came here. Although they were completely booked, the kind lady gave me break fluid to top up and directed me to a nearby shop who could take me in. She didn't even charge me for the break fluid :)) They definitely care for their customers!

So kind and helpful, answered my questions, so going back next week, to order my new truck. Thanks for being great, not like the Ford dealer 2 minutes away.

I had a problem with my Electric Charger. They were able to fit me in to the schedule and take care of me on the same date.

Saw a Rubicon online that I loved. I was a little worried because I had bad experiences with salesman in Terrace, Prince George and an older man from Regency. This time when I sent a question via email my response came from Morgan. She was so friendly and able to answer all my questions. She was thoughtful and not at all pushy. She made the Jeep purchase easy and seamless, especially for someone who had to do most things long distance. Chris in finance was courteous and easy to talk to. I am very happy with my purchase and thankful that Morgan was able to make things so easy.
