We picked up our brand new Lexus NX Hybrid Luxury trim today from Regency Lexus in Vancouver. I want to thank several people because this dealership service is out of this world. First, starting with Danny the sales manager, you never really see a sales manager step out of the office and greet people and do what regular sales person does typically in "other" Lexus dealership. Danny saw us and came out greeted us with warm welcome and asked how he can help us, we did not know he was sales manager at the time, love his attitude. Our sales person Eric, super nice and easy going. No lowballing us in trade, easy to work with, no harsh sales tactics, no pressure buying experience, seriously, no hassle. Financial service manager Hattie same thing, no pressure , no hassle, totally respect buyers decision, no hard or add on sales at finance, trust me, we experienced a lot worse elsewhere. Lastly, Otto our delivery specialist - very friendly manner, not intrusive, gives us space while teaching us all about the car. Hooked everything up , App, phone everything. And most importantly, they have a check list at the end to ensure everything is gone over properly and nothing is missed. Overall the best experience you would expect from Lexus.
