I couldn't make a deal with them. They were nice enough. Seem to be truthful, represented a good product, they just wanted too much money

I can't say enough great things about this Dealership! Andy the service manager took great care of my truck! He even took care of a recall before I received the letter in the mail! Charlie is hands down the best salesman ever! He goes above and beyond for his clients. They will always have my business!

Terrible customer service. After multiple times speaking about price, I ultimately agreed to pay asking price for the vehicle. I asked of they could meet me half way with the vehicle, which is only a 2.5 hour drive for them. I was asked if I was paying cash or financing. When I told them I was paying cash, the salesman stopped responding. I can only speculate this is because they wanted extra money off of me with financing. I reached back out with no response from the salesman. I then emailed the dealership explaining my dilemma with yet no response. This place clearly does not care about their customers and are only looking to make a dollar. 4/19/2021 - I reached out to another dealership owned by the same owners in hopes they could assist me since the North Baltimore one was not. Kayla, was very fast to respond and apologize. She assured me that my inquiry would be passed on and someone would be in touch. Fast forward two days and no response. I emailed back and advised them this is extremely poor customer service. I was then emailed by a manager stating he was sorry and if I needed anything in the future to contact him. All I have to say is, "shake my head!"

Great experience, great staff! Sent my son to Charlie Flechtner to purchase his first car on his own. Charlie was amazing walking him through the entire process, going over the car with him and answering all his questions. I buy all my vehicles from Charlie! He always takes great care of me before and after the sale. Reineke and Charlie are hands down the best in the business!
