Reliable Chevrolet

There was a time when I needed to get another car because my old one was costing me too much money to fix. My old car landed me a lot of financial struggles and problems. Originally I went to the other dealership, which was the brand of my previous car. Interestingly, no one came to ask me a question. I sit at my car at their parking lot for 20 minutes and then I decided to try another place. This was how I ended up at Reliable Chevrolet. I have to honor the fact that Osman Bahadirli, the manager, is always attentive and caring to everyone who is coming in. He introduced me Eric Ryan, one of the most understanding and professional salesmen I have ever met. I wasn't expecting my old car could be traded in but somehow they managed to do it. I realized that the people in this dealership can really work miracles for people who need that the most. I am also very grateful for the help by Jesse Olguin. He is very clear on explaining all the documents and information to me. He understands what matters the most to a customer. He is also responsive to my concerns and needs. At the end of the day I got a 2026 Trax, which is very gas efficient and comfy. This is really a good omen after a long term struggle with my old car(a different brand). Last but not least, thank you for the patience of the team. As I needed extra time to move my stuff, Zoie Rosenthal, one of the staff stayed late until I finished. Also, thank you for the service department in tinting the windows quickly and professionally! I think this dealership has a very good management team and owner. People who work here give a peaceful and caring vibe to the customers, which is different from many other dealerships. I believe that the people who work here are enjoying their job. Big shout out to the management and owner in maintaining a good business! I wish all the people coming to this dealership have a great experience. And even though you might not think you can get a car at that moment of life, you might be surprised by the capability of this dealership. The caring people working here will try their best to help you according to your unique circumstances.

I had a really good experience with reliable Chevy, cornel was my salesman and he was really nice and respectful and helped me out with getting what I wanted, Jesse was also really nice and helpful as he tries to help out his clients as much as he can and not just try to throw everything at you, he explains exactly what everything is before you sign anything, also can’t forget about Chris. Really good experience at this dealership, anywhere else I probably would have had problems.

Went in yesterday to look at the Chevy Traverses and Eric Ryan came and greeted us right away. He was very helpful, not pushy, answered all our questions, and brought us multiple different colors/trims to view (in fact was sprinting back and forth to get the keys). He was able to find the exact Traverse we wanted and the negotiations and all the paperwork was a smooth process. Would and will highly recommend Eric to everyone searching for their perfect car!

I’ve worked with Oliver for a while now, I like his punctuality and the way that he is always very good with his customers. I’ve watched the way he gets excited like he’s buying his first car every time he helps a customer buy their car, and that just made him my best Choice for when I bought my first brand new car. He performed very well and made everything very simple for me and got me a fantastic deal on my Colorado.

Even though they inspected it. Battery cable is crap. Emergency brakes dont’t work holding the truck in my steep driveway. We live in a hilly place should have been checked. Had scratches and damage on the back that wasn’t disclosed. Skid plate missing half the bolts. They called me twice saying they would fix it and then nothing. So just leave this review. Sales guy was good. Was still getting detailed and in the bay so a lot of this you couldn’t see. Get a 3rd party inspection.
