I am so happy I came across Reliable Chevrolet. I live 3 hours away and came all the way to the DFW area to find me a car. I had been shopping around over the phone on my trip there. I spoke with Tristan about a Jetta they had (which is the car I had in mind to get from wherever I could), however it was sold by the time they got back to me. Everyone I had spoke to wanted a high down payment which I already knew would probably be the case but I still wanted to try my luck with the down payment I had. None-the-less Tristan (salesman) and David (finance manager) told me off rip they were able to do a deal with me with what I had. they found a Malibu but figured it would probably push me out of my payment range so they came across the Passat. They offered to pay for me an uber since I didn’t have a way around to come see it in person. It had a little paint issue in the back (they offered to fix it ) from the pics I saw which at first I was like ehhh but I had to do a little more research to be sure I would be making the right decision. I ended up calling Tristan a couple days later to see if the deal was still a go. He said yes. Closing the deal took only 2 hours. Got my keys. Now I have a car for my son and I with AC, driver window that work and radio lol I really appreciate David discussing things with me before trying to run my credit so I wouldn’t take another hit and keeping his word on keeping my payment in the range that is comfortable for me. They made sure not to waste my time and did what they could to make sure I was able to get back home 3 hours away with a new whip. Working with them both was very smooth, friendly and professional !!
