Even though I live in Dallas (not Springfield, MO), they made the entire process seamless and worked with me every step of the way. Mark, the tech specialist, made learning all the features of my 2025 Lexus RX 350 incredibly easy and stress-free. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Our experience at Reliable Lexus in Springfield was the kind you hope for but don't always get — and a lot of that comes down to the people. Drew was our sales guy and he was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, zero pressure — he made the whole process feel easy and actually enjoyable. I felt safe with him on my test drive even though I was very nervous after just having been in an accident. he was super easy to get ahold of, and made our deal happen within 24 hours of us showing up. If you're shopping here, ask for Drew. You won't regret it. A huge shoutout to Mark in tech, who took the time to walk me through everything my new car can do. That kind of personalized attention means so much. And Dewey in finance made the final steps smooth and stress-free. He also introduced me to the Luxe+ package, which was a no-brainer over a traditional extended warranty — so glad we went that route. My experiences with Sofiya Koren and Mark Daliangin were both excellent. Sofiya was easy to talk to and was a no pressure salesperson. She was willing to show me many different cars and spend time answering my questions. She also did a great job returning calls quickly and keeping me informed. Mark led me through all the technology with ease and answered my questions in a friendly manner. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
