Jackson, the service manager, went above and beyond — he doesn’t hesitate to take matters into his own hands (even with what I’m sure is a very busy schedule) to make sure both you and your vehicle are well looked after. I brought in my 2023 Jeep Gladiator, and despite some insurance-related delays, I was met with patience, clear communication, and genuine support. Service at 2. I have a full warranty. I was deceived when I bought it. They said that the full warranty covers the entire car. Don't believe them. They always want to sell you something extra. I have almost new brakes. They want to replace the rotors and pads on the entire car and are charging 1,700 for new ones. Warranty replacement of the navigation system. They didn't replace it with a new one, but installed a used one. They didn't update the system. They said I had to buy the update myself. So what kind of warranty is this that I paid 4600 dollars for? Thank you. When I upgrade my car, I will go to another dealer.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Chrysler Grand Caravan from Reliable Motors in Charlottetown, PEI. The Grand Caravan has completely exceeded our expectations and has been the perfect addition to our growing family. Lots of room for our children as well as plenty of storage and features. I don’t normally take my vehicle to the dealership, but I did for a recall on my Jeep Cherokee. I had changed the oil just a week prior and noticed a possible oil leak. I casually mentioned this issue while they were working on the recall. Without informing me, they proceeded with a “diagnosis" and charged me close to $200. It was a well-known, common issue with these vehicles. Shouldn’t they already know their own vehicles? They immediately tried to book me in for repairs, which would’ve required another oil change despite me telling them I’d just done one. Only after I pushed back did they admit the repair could wait until the next oil change since it wasn’t urgent. In hindsight, I should’ve kept quiet and handled it myself or gone to my regular mechanic who never would’ve charged so much for a "diagnosis" when I did not request one, especially for such a common issue and when I have my vehicle there for something else.
