I recently purchased a car from Renfrew's with the fantastic assistance of Cody Bates. As we are a good distance out of Calgary, probably 95 percent of the dealing was done over the phone. Cody was straight forward, up front and completely honest with all our dealings, which was backed up solidly by Kevin in the business office.When I arrived to finish the deal, every detail was exactly as had been agreed to over the phone. When a minor paperwork issue was discovered, everyone from the dealer principal to Cody himself worked swiftly to correct it, with no inconvenience to myself. Having worked in the car business myself, both as a salesman and a sales manager, I can recognize a quality team when I see one, and I saw it at Renfrew's. Thank you all for a great experience, in particular to Cody, a job well done! And one final note to the Dealer Principal: I'm thinking Cody needs a raise! Gagan was a great salesman and eventually got me the exact car I wanted. Very happy with this dealer as the rest of the staff were great as well. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.. From the sales manager to the guy that washed my car these people are excellent. Ask for Gagan you’ll get the best deal he can find.

Update: Shortly after we received the truck, we started to notice chips in the wrap on the truck. Front bumper, hood, quarter panel, back door, rear fender. I've tried to contact the dealer to address the topic and I keep getting an excuse or left on read. Poor customer service from them unfortunately. I saw a picture on Facebook of a truck and it was in my driveway within a week. And it was from another province! Caiden replied fast and efficiently, answering any and every question I had. He even sent me a video of the truck and made sure to go over everything I had asked for in a truck to make sure it was the perfect match. I then got transferred to Liz in finance. Liz explained everything about the contract made sure I understood how to deal with out of province permits and taxes when the time came. Signing all paperwork over email made the process fast and easy! I am extremely happy with my new truck but sad they made it extremely convenient for me, that I didnt even get to shake their hands!
