Great experience. I filled out much of the paperwork online which saved some time in the office. Both Taylor and Jessica were great. Taylor was very knowledgeable and assisted us with all of the options and operating controls of our new Equinox RS. The vehicle was extremely clean, considering it just arrived on a truck during winter weather. We were offered lifetime PA state inspections, even though we live over an hour away from the dealership. It was well worth the drive for the great purchase experience we had. Thanks

My experience with the team at Rentschler was incredible. The sales person, Andy and the finance person, Andrew were great to work with. We did most of the transaction over the phone and online which made the time spent at the dealership short and sweet. I can't say enough good things about the entire process.

I inquired about buying a truck that had been on the lot over a month. I sent text exchanges over a course of a day with someone. We discussed my trade and they offered a price and I countered. They said they could meet in the middle. They asked me to compete the credit application before I arrived which I thought was suspicious since we haggled over my trade value so I declined. Good thing I did. I drove from over two hours away, which they knew. Once I got there they refused to give me any more for my trade than then originally offered. Mind you, I was going there as a single women who they thought they could take advantage of. They lost the sale over $500. *edit* The trade in value of my vehicle is almost $12k , they offered me $10k and I spoke to my mechanic yesterday who said those repairs are inexpensive, not nearly $2k. And to further insult my intelligence, the dealer reached out to me and offered to take $250 off the cost of the truck!! Ridiculous!

I would like to thank the entire team - especially Greg, Jessica and Taylor for taking the time to make what can often be a stressful process feel genuinely easy. I truly appreciated the respect, patience, and transparency you showed while helping me get out of my old lease and into a new one. You explained everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I never felt pressured or rushed. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free — which is not something I take for granted when it comes to car shopping. It was refreshing to work with someone who clearly values customer trust and professionalism. I’m very grateful for your help and won’t hesitate to recommend you to others.
