Overall very dissapointed with the customer service over the phone, the salesman spoke with zero enthusiasm and did the bare minimum.

Between three cars, visited the service department 8 times within 6 weeks while staying with relatives in Atholville. Service was excellent. Explanations of what was needed was clear and the 2010 Yaris and 2015 Corolla 230,000 km) were put back in excellent running order. Thank you.

BEWARE TOYOTA BUYERS I bought 2 new vehicles from Restigouche Toyota in Campbellton NB. A Toyota Tacoma 2016 and a Highlander XLE 2019. In 2022, I had to change the motor in the Tacoma at 122000 km and last week the motor in the 2019 Highlander broke down on the highway at 85000 km. I was told today that it also needs a new motor. I’m floored! Expecting the quality and reliability the brand is known for has changed to nothing but disappointment. For a vehicles at this price point, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I cannot recommend the Toyota Tacoma or Toyota Highlander, nor can I endorse Toyota’s support network base on these experiences.

Ripping me off left & right, try to tell me I refused break maintenance when I changed my tires. Second worst experience is asking them to change my bearings knowing they’re worn out just to be told they’re fine and get charged 50$ for service. I asked for service not to be lied to my face. Wait until I save up money to go make an appointment elsewhere, I’ll be coming back with my finished bearings and you’ll give my money back. Also I bought my car at auto direct witch is now closed, they work together to cause chaos.
