Though not very happy about having to make such a huge purchase on the heels of retirement, I am happy to say that I am extremely happy with the folks at Rex Chevrolet. This makes vehicle number three I have purchased here. The customer service is great! Mick and the team were low pressure when it came to working with me. Mick listened to me as I voiced what my vehicle needs were and he drew from the stock on the lot, keeping my needs and budget in mind. I was able to drive each one, no ride alongs, just me and the machine, allowing me the time and opportunity to make my decision regarding my purchase. And when it came to the paperwork it was seamless. The odds and ends customer service in follow-up has been just as favorable. I am a satisfied customer!

The transaction went well. Looking the truck over did not look very clean . Salesman stated that must not have been cleaned too well after a test drive. The driver side door handle fell off. Told the salesman about it, finished my transaction. I went back the next day to get it. The truck was no cleaner at the door handle was still off and called the next day to tell them about the how dirty the truck was and the handle wasn’t fixed. Got no satisfaction at all.

The customer service I received from Rex’s was outstanding!! While in route to my daughters my truck started having issues. I called Rex’s for some advice on what to do. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Jeff in the service department was top notch. His calm, professional demeanor was outstanding. There is something to be said about small town businesses!! Thank you again for helping me with my truck issues!!!

Rex Chevrolet has been the best experience! I bought a used truck from them and had problems right away. Sounds horrible, right? However, you never know what can happen to a vehicle. Repairs sometimes are needed, even on brand new vehicles from time to time. However, when things do go wrong, you want people like EVERYONE at Rex Chevrolet to have your back. Great service experience. Had a bed cover shipped to the dealership, appointment was made to accommodate my schedule. Upon arrival the install took less than 20 minutes. Extremely happy with the service provided.
