I had a great experience with Larry Campbell at Reydel Volkswagen in Freehold. He greeted me right away when I walked into the building and was very welcoming. Larry took the time to really understand the work I was looking to get done and explained everything clearly. He was professional, attentive, and respectful of my time, making sure the service was completed and I was out of the service center within a reasonable timeframe. Excellent customer service, I truly appreciate the help!

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. From when we walked in the door we were greeted and asked if we needed help. They sent over Mark who listened to what I wanted and he said to give him a minute to find the car that he thought would be good for me. . He had two different cars that I might like. He was knowledgeable about the cars and answered all my questions. He was extremely honest and professional. We purchased the car that night and came back the next day to pick it up. Mark went over all the features in the car and said if I had any questions to give him a call. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a Volkswagon!

Had an awesome experience here! Karen was lovely on the phone and got me an appointment the next day. Larry and Matthew are also wonderful! I was happy to see Larry at this VW, I’ve been bringing my car to him since I’ve bought it. He’s always been extremely helpful and we always have good conversations. Matthew was very kind and professional & gave me some suggestions on upcoming maintenance (not pushy at all). They took care of my oil change in less than an hour. Waiting room was super clean and comfy. They also washed the car & cleaned my mats. I would highly recommend this dealership to take care of all your VW needs! I’ll be back!

I had a service appointment for my vehicle this morning, It was a pleasant experience. Service manager that greeted me was friendly informative, and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I explained to him that I was a little pressed for time and I got there early. They took me promptly did their service & thoroughly washed my vehicle and explained what was done for me.
