These folks make it easy. I did my research and came to the dealership with this particular car in mind. Bart was friendly and very personable. He was straight forward but easy to talk to. The paperwork was easy enough. The gentleman in finance was also easy to deal with (clearly a loving father). Overall it was a pleasant, low pressure exchange. At no point did I feel any pressure about any monetary decisions.

I was able to find the same vehicle but a different color at ricart & my experience was wonderful. We came into ricart chevrolet kinda just going on a test drive and feel things out, but ended up leaving with a 2025 ford explorer! The car was in very good condition and the few things we pointed out they said they will fix it free of cost. Very nice and friendly staff and they make you feel very welcomed and feel like family! Everyone we dealt with was amazing! Even people we didn’t have to interact with at all were just so friendly and nice as well. Top notch staff thats for sure! Big shout out also to our sales person John he was Amazing!

The whole team from both salesmen and the finance guy were awesome. Literally zero pressure, only facts and they did not waste my time. I’m 46 and have bought several cars. Ricart was without a doubt the best experience I’ve had. They worked hard to get me a better deal than I was initially ready to accept. I’ll buy my next vehicle from Ricart without a doubt.

Had to get a new car after my car was totaled a couple weeks ago. I bought from Ricard two years ago. This time was even better. Tim Yu was my rep and he was super patient and helped me find a car in my budget and something I really liked. Finance team got me a way better loan than I expected. Was in on the last day of May and they were super busy but still gave great service.
