I just got home with my 2026 Palisade Calligraphy and this was the best buying process I’ve ever experienced. I texted with Courtney yesterday and she worked to get me the best deal. Going in today, William helped me with finalizing everything and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They even put up with my two kids and offered them snacks! It was all so uncomplicated and smooth. Very happy with the service and the product. Highly recommend Ricart!

I went in to test drive a car I saw online. Ended up test driving 2 of them. After I fell in love with the second I sat down with Robert and he ran mine and my husbands numbers to figure out what our monthly payment would be he gave us multiple options depending on money down and how many months we wanted to pay on it. The process was easy and actually pretty quick considering. Robert was very thorough and helped me set up my phone and show me all the new operations in the vehicle before I left. The only thing I was disappointed about was the financing. It was the highest payment I’ve ever had but also the most expensive car I’ve bought so I guess that’s understandable. But mostly disappointed with the interest rate, I’ve also never had that high of an interest rate because my credit is excellent. I think that more so was the lender and not the dealer though. Anyway, overall I love my new Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid!!

This was my first Hyundai purchase. It was the absolute best experience from start to finish. Case is an amazing salesman and this is 3rd vehicle I have purchased thru him. Tre was amazing at explaining all of my features in my new Kona. Signing with Finance went very smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend buying your new vehicle at Ricart Hyundai.
