Ricart Mitsubishi

I recently received oil change service at Ricart Mitsubishi and am very pleased with the entire experience and process. Due to Friday afternoon Columbus traffic, I was running around 15-20 minutes late. I called the Service Center to notify them and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I arrived and spoke with the very friendly service representative, and he told me that it would be about an hour before my vehicle was ready. I waited in their customer lounge (which was very comfortable and had snacks available), and was expecting to be waiting for a while. Within 20 minutes, the representative came out and called my name. I thought something was wrong, but he was letting me know that my vehicle was ready. They even ran it through their car wash! I left feeling very prioritized and accommodated. Everything looked great and ran smoothly. I highly recommend Ricart Mitsubishi service to anyone in search of a great customer service experience!

Very nice. 1st time servicing at a dealership and I will be sure to come back. The customer lounge had space for me to work while waiting for service to be done. The detailed inspection video, that spoke of issues found during service, was very informative. My technician, James, was next level also from entrance to exit.
