Rice motors went above and beyond to help our family with our new vehicle purchases. My husband wanted a specific color and trim on his truck, Scott drove all the way to Alabama to bring his truck home. Mark made the process of selecting our vehicles painless, and Todd was excellent about explaining all the warranty and things like that. The service department is excellent and put the bed cover on my husband's truck, and installed the cargo mat for our daughter in no time. By far the easiest, best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Bought a new Tahoe over the phone, which most dealerships won’t do. Mark was super helpful and made the process really smooth while keeping me updated throughout the process. There was 0 hassle. It’s a huge relief to deal with a small, family dealership who are honest and transparent and actually work hard to make sure the customer feels good about the purchase and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need.

Family owned business that treats you like family. I flew from DC to the local airport where they met me with the truck fueled and ready. Signed the paperwork with no additional fees and on the road back home within 15 minutes. I then towed my 21k lbs RV from coast to coast with no issues. Absolutely my favorite truck! They have earned my business for life!!

I can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. I bought an SUV this week from Todd and his son Matt and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
