Horrible! Made appt had 3 issues. Bad wheel bearing, clunking in front end and seat massager issues. They fixed the wheel bearing and nothing else. Bryon admitted that there was a problem but it ended there. 5 weeks later after numerous calls I went and tried to pick up jeep to take to a different shop. Told me I couldn’t take it even though work wasn’t completed or even diagnosed. I had to call police. Funny once police showed up will the service manager said I was free to take it and I didn’t have to pay deductible. Pictures show brakes after being left for over a month. Also have a door ding now along with rusty brakes from sitting It’s sad. I’ve had good service there in the past. I highly suggest you stay away from this dealer. I have a factory extended maxcare warranty. It was 5000$ and covers almost everything! Disgusted!!!!

The experience was a very good fit for me and Bob was a very down to earth guy to work with. Worked with me very swiftly and got me on my way in my new ride in a few hours. Would definitely come back in the future! And will suggest others to go there. Thanks Bob and the Burritt family!!
