Great place. Came here in our transit camper van. Had our three cats with us, the outdoor dog park was great to let the cats run around. All the staff were super helpful and pleasant. One of the best ford dealerships we've been to. They also sent me a video walkthrough inspection which was nice to see!

An excellent place to buy a used electric vehicle! Sabrina Fitzgerald was a good match for us: sensitive to the needs of families and first-time EV buyers. She was in our corner working hard to help us get a price that met the requirements for the $2500 NM used EV tax credit (under $25k, age, warranty). We walked away pleased with the service, price, and professionalism of Sabrina and her team.

Easiest car purchase experience in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. My salesperson Sabrina was awesome and I would highly recommend her. Very responsive to messages and inquiries and kept me informed while I waited for my 26 Bronco Raptor to arrive.

Got a pretty good deal on a Ford Bronco. All staff members were attentive and easy to work with. Especially liked working with the sales consultants, Victoria and Garrett...very chill and no pressure. If I could offer one point of improvement/suggestion for the staff...placement of the temporary tag. My vehicle windows were highly tinted...which I think is cool...but it makes it impossible to see the tag through the tinted back window. Might I suggest putting the tag in a plastic sleeve and attaching directly to the license plate area. This will mitigate potential encounters will law enforcement for driving without a valid license plate.

Attention to detail, always they listen to what I was looking for, and they found it! Jimmy Chavez is the best and right away had a couple vehicles that we could choose from. Jimmy made sure that we were totally taken care of from getting the car detailed to all the items to be sure we were ready to go. The financing was easy and quick and the finance person was amazing. We have absolutely no complaints. Rich Ford is the only place we go.
