I looked for a 2026 RAM 15000 Rebel everywhere and I was unable to find the one I was going to drive home from the dealership. After 3 weeks of looking, I was able to find a rebel online at Rich Ford in Edgewood. Im not one for shopping online and was skeptical about the whole process but after reaching out to the staff at Rich Ford they made it easy and took all the worry away. After making my decision to buy the vehicle, my family drove 4 hours where I was greeted by the staff. The customer service at this establishment is 10 out of 10! I ended up with my dream vehicle for a VERY reasonable price. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Rich Ford!
spent three full weeks, day and night, trying to find this car. So many dealerships advertised it, but none of them actually had it — it all felt fake. Then I called Chris. He truly had the car, went to get it personally because it wasn’t even in the system yet. It was a loaner with less than 1,000 miles, basically brand new and never titled. I drove to New Mexico to pick it up, and now it’s finally mine! I couldn’t be happier. Impeccable customer service from start to finish.
Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. CJ made it painless and kept it real throughout the whole process and helped me decide on a new F150. Definitely recommend over any dealship, and if you dont live out here, well worth the trip.
